Who Is Tom Venuto?


Tom Venuto is in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, health club manager, nutritionist, motivation coach and freelance writer for nearly 20 years.

You may have seen his photos or articles in some of the magazines or on the Internet: He has been in IRONMAN, Australian IRONMAN, Olympian's News (in Italian), Muscular Development, Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness, Exercise for Men and Men's Exercise.

He also has a BSc. degree in exercise science, and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a certified personal trainer. He is also a member of the International Society for Sports Nutrition (ISSN), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Strength And Conditioning Association (NSCA).
